Russell Biddle

Director/Managing Partner

Russell was educated in the GPS system at The Southport School on the Gold Coast. Russell's father, Howard Biddle was a well respected and long servicing boarding master at the school and there is a boarding house "Biddle House" named in his memory at the school.

Hugh Simson

Senior Associate Solicitor - LLB B.Bus

Hugh was educated in the GPS system at The Southport School on the Gold Coast. He holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Law, from Griffith and Bond Universities. Prior to his admission and since he joined Biddle Lawyers he has gained a wealth of practical and legal knowledge and experience in the field of Personal Litigation.

Penelope Stevens

Senior Associate Solicitor - B.A, LL.B Accredited specialist Family Law

Penelope commenced legal practice in Melbourne and Darwin before settling in South East Queensland. Penny has practiced exclusively in Family Law in Queensland since January 2002. Between January 2007 and January 2009 Penelope was a Registrar of the Family Court in Brisbane where she heard Applications, conducted case assessments, conciliations and pre-trial conferences.

Stephanie Murray

Associate Solicitor - LLB

Stephanie acquired her Bachelor of Law from the Queensland University of Technology. She has been a resident of Redland City all her life, was educated locally and was honoured to be School Captain in her final year of schooling. Stephanie completed her practical training with Biddle Lawyers on a voluntary basis, in order to obtain her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Rachael Bosnijak

Solicitor - LLB, BCCJ

Rachael recently graduated from Griffith University Law School. She holds a dual degree of a Bachaelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Rachaels practical experience prior to joining Biddle Lawyers was in the areas of Criminal Law and Migration Law. Rachael heads the Biddle Lawyers Migration Law Department and also assists in the Litigation Department.
