Hugh Simson

Senior Associate Solicitor - LLB B.Bus

Hugh was educated in the GPS system at The Southport School on the Gold Coast. He holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Law, from Griffith and Bond Universities. Prior to his admission and since he joined Biddle Lawyers he has gained a wealth of practical and legal knowledge and experience in the field of Personal Litigation. Hugh is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firms Personal Litigation claims.

Hugh also has a wide range of experience in other areas of litigation including:

• Business and commercial contract issues with suppliers or contractors;
• Personal contract issues with suppliers or contractors;
• Debt recovery; and Property damage.

Hugh is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
