We expect and advise all our clients to undertake their own thorough enquiries in relation to their real estate purchases and once they are committed to their purchase, we undertake the necessary searches and legal work to ensure that they do indeed purchase what they have bargained for.
Our Conveyancing process is in line with the Queensland Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol and all our systems are based on this Protocol for your piece of mind.
We have experienced and professionally qualified staff performing your legal work and supervising our equally well experienced and professional Conveyancing Clerks. Singrid Berrie is the Solicitor who heads our Commercial Department that encompasses the Conveyancing Team.
